this is what I was told I will never forget this! (just because you can cook at home why do you think you can cook in restaurant get a job) my heart drop to the floor crused my dream.
not just that I was dressed to the maxed but it rain i was wet all over hair etc. trying to find this place the school told me to go there for help. So I did what he said got a job in my field as a entry level baker with my own kitchen worked my way up to supervisor when worker who were there 10-15 years or more I did it with in 4 years. not in the bakery in cafe and dinning room
finished school that was in 06.
but deep down in my heart my dream was still there. that why I said I will do this by myself
but it's hard. when your funds are so tight now. what do you mean about Rehabilitation this is a proft business not non proft thats later i will teach culinary arts and baking to kids
So close to my dream !I have my place I have the equipment, I went back to school got my dregee in culinary, baking, catering and restaurant mangerement. etc. worked in the field as baker and dining room supervisor , but my dream was to open my own cafe restaurant that's why i went to school not to work in the field . for some one else.
why is there's no help out there for started up's. business. I was told there are no grants. my mind is telling me it's over you just lost all of your money. maybe I should have taking all of my money and moved to Hawaii and work in a hotel but my faith and heart said don't give up.
